Our ducks are a heritage breed called Rouen, known for their rich flavor, full-bodied meat, and calm, hardy nature. Unlike fast-growing commercial breeds, Rouens grow slowly and naturally, developing deep flavor and excellent texture — ideal for those who appreciate high-quality, thoughtfully raised meat.
We raise our ducks on a rotating system of pasture and a natural pond, giving them constant access to fresh forage, clean water, and plenty of space to roam, dabble, and swim — just as nature intended. Their diet is supplemented only with organic, non-GMO feed, with no antibiotics or synthetic additives, ever.
