Our ducks are a heritage breed called Rouen, known for their rich flavor, full-bodied meat, and calm, hardy nature. Unlike fast-growing commercial breeds, Rouens grow slowly and naturally, developing deep flavor and excellent texture — ideal for those who appreciate high-quality, thoughtfully raised meat.

We raise our ducks on a rotating system of pasture and a natural pond, giving them constant access to fresh forage, clean water, and plenty of space to roam, dabble, and swim — just as nature intended. Their diet is supplemented only with organic, non-GMO feed, with no antibiotics or synthetic additives, ever.

This regenerative approach not only improves the health of our birds, but also restores and enriches the land, allowing pasture and pond ecosystems to recover and thrive between rotations.
